Active Electrical Services - Our charges

At Active Electrical Services, all of our charges are completely transparent. We charge a fixed rate for the first half hour of work and a lower fixed rate for any further time.

We offer free estimates - get in touch with us today and we'll arrange for one of our team to visit you. We produce clear invoices with a breakdown of labour and materials, as well as start and finish times.

Charges for our electrical services

• £50 + VAT for the first 30 minutes
• £33 + VAT for any additional time (charged in 15 minute increments)

Material collection time

We aim to keep collection time for any non-stock materials to a minimum. Any charges will be agreed with you in advance and will not exceed £60 + VAT.

Why we're different

• Vetting - all of our electricians have been CRB checked
• Uniforms - we wear company uniforms and will arrive at your premises in our sign-written vans, which bear our Active Electrical logo
• Qualifications - all our electricians are fully qualified and certified to IET Seventeenth Edition Wiring Regulations
• Identification - our electricians carry company ID cards and are more than happy for you to check these
• Insurance - we have public liability insurance to protect you in the event of any accidents or damage
• Customer information - all customer details are used and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and we will never pass these on to a third party
